A search plugin for searching the Kayako Knowledgebase articles.

This plugin is for people with a Joomla 1.5 site also using Kayako SupportSuite v3.  With the plugin enabled on the Joomla! Site it is possible to search the Kayako knowledgebase articles and then link directly to the article.

The plugin can be set to search published only articles and restricted by categories.

Installation

  • Download and install the plugin
  • Goto the plugin manager and select the "Search - Kayako Search Plugin"
  • Enter the Server address of where your Kayako is installed
  • Enter the database name (default is kayako_suite)
  • Enter a valid MySql username and password with access privileges to the database
  • Enter the url of your support site (needed to link to the articles)

 

Must be registered to download this plugin.
